Brave New Look - Totally unhappy!!
I placed an order for two bracelets for Christmas on December 11th and today is the 28th and I still have yet to receive even a tracking # that the items have shipped and I reached out via email twice already and I keep getting just a standard template message that says someone will be in touch but no one reaches out to clarify what the holdup is! Terrible customer service and too long a wait especially around this time of year.
I can't understand why they do not offer expedited shipping especially around a time of year where everyone is willing to pay for it and wants their gifts asap. Will never order from them again!

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Brave New Look Cons: Customer service and lack of delivery of product, Taking my money and getting no product not responsive.
