I ordered 5 bracelets on December 5. They immediately charged my credit card.

They were sent to the wrong address and sent back to Brave New Look by the post office. I've been trying for 3 months to get the bracelets mailed to my correct address. Since I still don't have the bracelets, I have tried and sent requests to get my credit card refunded. I can't get any answers or help from anyone at the company.

I've emailed them no less than 15 times. I can't find a phone number to talk to anyone. I would caution anyone from ordering from this company.

I should have done research on them before I ordered. A company that doesn't provide a phone number so that you can talk with their customer service is a big red flag.

Product or Service Mentioned: Brave New Look Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
