Ordered a ugly Xmas sweater on December 14. By Christmas I emailed to try to cancel the order since it clearly wasn't going to arrive before Xmas and was told it was a made to order item and I can't cancel.

They told me I had to wait until they got enough orders before they would make and ship it. Today January 18 the item arrives except it is nowhere close to what I ordered and the cheapest shirt I have ever seen. It was a cheap slippery polyester shirt with multicolored dogs on it. Photo attached.

So far no response from customer service to my complaint. Will never do business with this terrible company again.

I have filed a complaint with PayPal as well. Bait and switch No refund *** customer service I want to return this shirt and I want a full refund.
