Brave New Look - They don't read their support messages-do not really guarantee items-defective item
it was around Christmas time so ,alright, i understand really late delivery. Then the charm from the "when they go low, we go high" bracelet fell off about a week after I got it.
Told them i would send a picture of the bracelet and just wanted missing charm to superglue on. they kept sending messages back to me showing they fulfilled order. so I sent the fifth message telling them it did not even make good business sense to get a bad review and not send me the charm. Gave them a time limit to respond.
Gonna shut them down any way I can. No response yet today
