Brave New Look - So far my experience with this company has been terrible. I repeatedly send e-mails without response
I ordered and paid for 2 brackets on 7/2/17, order # 1388890, but have not received confirmation of shipping or when I can expect delivery. The company does not provide phone numbers for customer support nor do they respond to e-mails.
The complaints have gone by without any input from this company that was quick to take funds for items not delivered. I would like to have a conversation regarding the purchase I have made and when the items will be sent or have a full refund of my monies immediately. Please have the decency to explain the delay.
