Stay away. I ordered masks and got small, round, flat disks of cloth...not sure what species that will work on. Maybe a haddock????? Tons of complaints. Their on site reviews are fakes. That's not what you will get. Someone shut them down!!!!

I ordered masks. Never arrived. Paid via PayPal. Multiple emails to their customer service I get the run around, with verbiage like "we'll get with the team" and "we'll get back to you with tracking information." Imbeciles. They have an "F" rating with the BBB Better Business Bureau.

Ordered face masks from Brave New Look on 8/12/2020. Payment through PayPal, which went through. Still no confirmation, nor indication of how, and when, product will be shipped. I have reached out by email, but cant find a phone number for them at all.

Poor design of masks, no nose piece to ensure good git

POOR FIT DO of masks. I finally received the 2 masks I ordered. One mask looked like the website picture, the other did not. BIG PROBLEM: Masks are poorly made, decorative" but gape at the top (no nose piece) and gape at the sides. Which means they offer NO PROTECTION from airborne droplets (which is the point of wearing a mask!) I emailed Customer Service asking for resolution, they NEVER got back to me to resolve, the only response I got was them asking for a 5-star rating of their NON-EXISTENT Customer Service.

I ordered 4 masks on May 2nd 2020. I still have not received my order or given a refund. I get emails asking me to review the product. Ive never been blatantly ripped off online until this.

What I received was not as pictured.

I ordered one specific mask. They sent one of a four pack that was similar but not the same as the one I ordered. The cost was the same for the one item I ordered or for the four pack. I noticed they removed the image of the item I ordered from their website. In multiple emails back and forth I asked that they send the remaining tree from the four pack or refund my payment. They seemed unable to address the problem and finally simply asked did Katherine resolve my problem. What do I do now?

Ordered 2 bracelets in April

The picture showed a dog in the charm of the bracelet along with two other charms for people who have lost their pets and want to have a memory bracelet of their beloved fur baby. When I received the bracelets there was no way to take out the picture of the random dog in the charm to replace it with my pet. Similar to when you buy a picture frame. You don't leave the fake family or person in the frame and display it, you remove it and replace it with your family or whatever. I emailed them and asked how do you remove this picture and they responded 2 months later saying we are busy, we will get back to you. After several emails, another email was sent saying my emails were going to their spam folder and they will respond soon. They haven't yet. It's now the end of July. One of these bracelets was a gift for someone else. That was a waste of money! These people are STEALING MONEY AND WHY ISN'T THE CONGRESSMAN FROM THAT STATE LOOKING INTO THIS MATTER!!!! OR THE STATE SENATOR! HOW IS IT THAT SO MANY PEOPLE ARE BEING RIPPED OFF. THEY GOT $63.00 FROM ME. I wonder how much from how many others...are the congressman or senators getting a kick back too??? Has a local reporter been told of this???? This is NOT a group of housewives making theses things from their homes. It's all FAKE FAKE FAKE! IF IT WASN'T, THEY WOULDN'T HAVE SO MANY COMPLAINTS!!!!!!!

Poor Service

I ordered 3 masks and noticed on the confirmation that a different address than the one we are at was auto filled. I contacted the company to make them aware of the situation prior to shipping and asked that it be cancelled so I could reorder using the correct address. A customer service rep told me they could assist and asked for the current address. I asked for the ETA so I could determine which address to use since we have 2 homes we move between but received no response. The next day I received notification that my order was confirmed and would be shipped to the incorrect address. I contacted the customer service rep and asked why the order had not been cancelled as requested but received no response. Very disappointing but apparently not atypical from the reviews I have read.

1)placed order 5/16 4 filter masks + xtra filters (red/black/grey/navy) 2) received partial order (red/navy) first week of JULY through efforts of CS rep Kristine. Missing 2 masks . No response to inquiry so filed dispute w/PayPal 3) response from CS rep Gianna; submitted new order for missing masks (gratis). Received within 10 days- black and LAVENDER mask. 4) sent email re error in color. Received response will correct and send GREY within the next week. 5) is 7/20 and have yet to receive anything i.e. Shipping notice, much less the GREY mask ordered on MAY 16.

Where are the PM25 mask and 5-pack filter replacement that I ordered on June 28, 2020. I will not be at the shipping address I gave with my order beyond July 28th, a full month after ordering. If the mask and filters cannot be delivered to the Ridgefield, WA address by then, I need to change the shipping address to 38 N Columbia Street, Woodbury, NJ 08096. I ordered masks for all of our employees back in April because I thought the extra protection was a great idea. They've emailed me 3 times to tell me order has shipped but the DHL tracking # they give me is too long to be valid. Their chat # is out of service. All emails to me have been virtually identical. I am SO glad I paid through PayPal and my company's Gold VISA. I have 2 layers of protection to ensure I get my money back and already had started the dispute process with both. DO NOT BUY FROM THEY- FRAUD COMPANY
