No communication about delivery, product sizing, exchanges and now return for refund.

No response to emails or messages when I was wondering about when the order would come (supposed to be Xmas presents, ordered Nov 25). One came and automated email said both came.

Not true sized so want to return for a refund and can't get ahold of anyone. Next tried the phone number on the envelope and the person answering that number said it was a mistake and said they had been receiving a lot of calls...gave me the phone number 949-439-****, got voicemail for Brian Thomas. No response to message to please call me.

Now seeing all the complaints and wondering if I'll ever get my money back. Put in a dispute with PayPal.

Product or Service Mentioned: Brave New Look Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $85.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
