I ordered and paid for a pair of Softball Icon Crew Socks on 8/12/2017. Suppose to take 7-10 days.
No socks. Emailed on 8/29/2017, no reply. Replied on 8/30/2017 to apologize. On 8/31/2017 replied because of high volume of sales had to make more and would send when ready.
Offered 15% discount on next order. (I will never order again). Emailed again on 9/7/2018 and 9/11/2017. No reply.
Called customer service. Always busy. Left name, email, and phone several times.
No response. WHERE IS MY ORDER?
