I ordered a bracelet on July 21st and still have not received my order. I have sent 5 emails to them and never got a response, very frustrated.
I have asked in my emails to either send my product or give me a full refund of $24.95. I implore everyone not to order anything from this company because you can't contact them and they do not respond to any emails that you may send.
Most of all you are not even able to get a refund because your not able to speak to any customer service people. Unhappy customer.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $25.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Brave New Look Cons: Customer service, Taking my money and getting no product, Lack of customer service.
