I received a bracelet that I had ordered after waiting 3 weeks. I was sent the wrong item.
I immediately contacted the company to resolve the problem. I sent over 8 email, including pictures with no response. My husband also reached out to them and received no response. We disputed the charge with our credit company and they were able to stop payment.
There a many companies/start-ups that deserve our attention, Brave New Look is not one of them. I do most of my shopping online and I have never encountered a company that doesn't respond to its customers.
I guess you get what you pay for. I wish I had looked at the reviews before I ordered from them.
