I ordered an item from Brave New Look in November 2016 and I have not yet received the item. I have sent multiple emails requesting status and refund.
Then I finally got a email response from "Daphne T" with Brand New Look in May 2017 stating that my order was lost in the shipping process. When I checked the tracking of the shipment it shows only a label was created but no item was actually shipped. The email also stated they can issue a refund but nothing has been received. Also they have not replied to any of my emails since.
Very frustrating but I plan to keep at it.
Would really like to be able to TALK to a customer service representative. Buyer beware!
