I ordered bracelets from this company on 12/10/17. My credit card was charged immediately and I did not receive the order until 1/6/18.
When I received the order, it was incorrect. I originally order 3 of one type of bracelet and 1 of another type of bracelet. What I received was 4 of the same bracelets. I have reached out to this company on 4 occasions with one response asking me to send pictures of the order.
All I am trying to do is return one of the bracelets for the original one that I ordered.
My last email to them stating that, was sent on 1/26/18. I have still not received a response.
