I had ordered from this company before with no issues. I ordered a bracelet for my sister before Christmas.
I finally received what I thought was my order.. after Christmas.. only to open it and find an entirely different item. I sent and email stating I had received and incorrect item and asking for instructions on how to return the wrong item and received what I had ordered.
No response other than and automated response saying we will be in touch. 2 weeks later I send another message. Same autoresponse and nothing else. That has been 2 months ago now and still nothing.
I will never order from this company again because in addition to the *** poor customer service, the orginal item I purchased is now turning coppery color. In my opinion, this company is a rip off.
