I ordered a Christmas gift on 11/28/16. The website guaranteed delivery by Christmas if an order was placed by 12/9/16.
Screen shots of their website and the date of my order are attached to this post. It is 12/23/16 and my order hasn't shipped, so I'm clearly not getting it by Christmas. Moreover, I've emailed multiple times (because, of course, they don't offer phone support) and haven't received a response. I don't know if they're completely incompetent or a total scam.
Even a simple response saying that it won't get shipped would have been appreciated.
I'm charging it back on my credit card as fraud because it's not clear this is even a real company. Stay away.
