I ordered 3 pair of leggings, and two of them are the wrong ones. I emailed 3 times to inform them of the mistake and to please refund my money for the two wrong ones.
A week has gone by and I have not heard back from them. I plan to call my credit card co. and have them refund my account. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
They must be going out of business because I see many complaints in 2017. So now I try to submit this review and it says I must enter at least 100 words to submit the review. Ok, I'll just keep saying negative things about them.
I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau to report them for fraud. Let's see if I have reached 100 words yet.
