USPS Tracking says it is still in OK When I emailed them Danielle T replied that the package was tried to be delivered Sun 23rd. The Post Office does not delivery on Sundays.

Tracking still says it has not left Broken Arrow. When I contacted them 2nd time they will not respond to my emails. I ordered them June 12, 2017, supposedly they were shipped June 23, 2017. It does not take first class mail 6 weeks to go across the USA.

Businesses should not be able to operate this way.

They try to capitalize on other people's loss of loved ones. THIS IS SHAMEFUL, SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO ADVERTISE ON SOCIAL MEDIA

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $45.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Brave New Look Cons: Delivery and customer service is pathetic.
