Poor customer service. Waiting two months for a reply on a defective bracelet.
No one answers the phone, no enmail replies. The bracelet arrived with the package Coming directly from China. Not made in the USA as stated. How could they ship out a defective bracelet.
They could see it wasn’t right before they shipped it. Really sad since it’s in memory of my husband. I’m not ordering anything else off of Facebook. Don’t know what else to say.
I’m really upset about this. Now this site makes you write 100 words before this will print out.
I’m hoping this will help others. Looks like the people who received the bracelets were happy with theirs.
