On 12-2-17 I ordered an sixty five dollar item that I never received but they took the money from my account. I sent eight emails and a text and have not heard a word from customer service.
I would never order from them again and trying to warn people not to order from them.
This was suppose to be my daughters Christmas gift so it was disappointing when it did not come on time but it was horrible when it was never received. I tried desperately to get ahold of them by sending an email once to twice a day and here we are 2-17-18 two and a half months later and absolutely nothing.
