Same exact issue. I ordered leggings on 11/15.
On 11/28, I hadn't heard anything so I endives customer service. They responded fairly quickly, saying they would ship same day. It's been over a week and still received nothing. I emailed again, this time they said they had received more orders than expected and they'd ship as soon as they could.
(So the first response, saying they were shipping same day was s total lie). Based on the language/grammar, I suspect English is not their first language...
I'm suspecting an overseas scam and keeping a close eye on my credit card account.. might cancel my card and get new one reissued.
