I just wanted everyone to know that I FINALLY received the bracelet today that I ordered on 12/5. And it is very pretty and well made.

I ordered a Christmas bracelet on 12/5/17. After receiving 2 emails, they have not responded to any of my status requests and I cannot find a phone number to call them.

It is not a custom order bracelet and as such I should have easily received it in time. They processed my money immediately though. I requested a refund this morning. If I don't get it soon, I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

At this point, I am wondering if anyone has had a successful outcome with them.

Do not ever deal with this company! Scam, crooks, thieves!

I received a notice from USPS that my order would arrive on Tuesday, 1/2. I guess I just may get my bracelet yet.

I will keep you posted.

As a note, I have emailed them EVERY day, demanding a refund, demanding a ship date, accusing them of not really shipping, etc. I don't know if I was getting on their last nerve not but in any event, I guess something worked.


I ordered with them on 12/7/17 it was supposed to ship by the 18th. Tried to contact them twice and never responded.

I got an email today 12/27 and it says it was shipped, I click the tracking info and apparently it was shipped on 12/21 and it was delivered to an address in Ohio as of 12/26. I contacted my bank and disputed the charge.

Got my money back immediately. This company is a scam.


I too am having the same issues. Ordered Nov.

30 and haven't received anything.

Attempted to contact them several times, only to received their standard reply email. No response to my actual request.


I too have ordered a couple bracelets the first week of Dec. 2017

Money was taken out of my account immediately but has still not received my purchase.

I can not find a number to call the company. Has others had tbis problem?

Does anybody know how to get a hold of this company?

No phone number only by email. Even then you only get an automated response. They do not respond.


I also ordered on 12/5 and have not heard anything after sending several emails. So disappointing that they are allowed to do business on Facebook or anywhere.


I did click on the Facebook ad "Report as Scam".


I ordered my bracelet on 12/03/17. I have emailed them with no answer back. I requested a refund and still have not received that or the bracelet.


Janet0605, I have the same issue with them. Placed my order on 12/4.

I have filed a dispute with my bank since I used my debit card. This is a total scam!
