On 12-2-17 I ordered two items from Brave New Look and at that time I was giving the ship date 12-11-17. I received the thirty nine dollar item of San Francisco giants baseball stitch leggings on 12-19-17.
But I did not receive the sixty five dollar sweatshirt that was going to be my daughters big gift for Christmas. Starting on 12-21-17 and up until yesterday I have sent many emails and even tried messaging them and I have heard nothing from them.
This is very annoying and upsetting that they can’t reply to my messages. I want this resolved but I also want to warn people about thinking twice before they purchase through brave new look as there customer service is nonexistent.
