When I originally asked why my order hadn't shipped they eventually wrote back saying they were behind and I never got an answer after that, even when I asked what the ETA was. The order was marked shipped but that was over two months ago.
I keep writing to say that I never got the item and I needed the address updated but no response, only automatic emails to rate the customer service even tho they did not reply. I think they started a shipping label to shut me up because it should have ended up...anywhere by now.
I wonder if anyone has actually received an item. There is no phone number provided.
