Ordered 2 bracelets in April

The picture showed a dog in the charm of the bracelet along with two other charms for people who have lost their pets and want to have a memory bracelet of their beloved fur baby. When I received the bracelets there was no way to take out the picture of the random dog in the charm to replace it with my pet. Similar to when you buy a picture frame. You don't leave the fake family or person in the frame and display it, you remove it and replace it with your family or whatever. I emailed them and asked how do you remove this picture and they responded 2 months later saying we are busy, we will get back to you. After several emails, another email was sent saying my emails were going to their spam folder and they will respond soon. They haven't yet. It's now the end of July. One of these bracelets was a gift for someone else. That was a waste of money! These people are STEALING MONEY AND WHY ISN'T THE CONGRESSMAN FROM THAT STATE LOOKING INTO THIS MATTER!!!! OR THE STATE SENATOR! HOW IS IT THAT SO MANY PEOPLE ARE BEING RIPPED OFF. THEY GOT $63.00 FROM ME. I wonder how much from how many others...are the congressman or senators getting a kick back too??? Has a local reporter been told of this???? This is NOT a group of housewives making theses things from their homes. It's all FAKE FAKE FAKE! IF IT WASN'T, THEY WOULDN'T HAVE SO MANY COMPLAINTS!!!!!!!

I ordered 3 masks and noticed on the confirmation that a different address than the one we are at was auto filled. I contacted the company to make them aware of the situation prior to shipping and asked that it be cancelled so I could reorder using the correct address. A customer service rep told me they could assist and asked for the current address. I asked for the ETA so I could determine which address to use since we have 2 homes we move between but received no response. The next day I received notification that my order was confirmed and would be shipped to the incorrect address. I contacted the customer service rep and asked why the order had not been cancelled as requested but received no response. Very disappointing but apparently not atypical from the reviews I have read.

they are the worst company i have ever dealt with!. I told them to cancel my order for masks that were ordered 6 weeks ago, because it took too long, so i ordered from elsewhere. i said i want my refund. they kept texting me from a robot name of PATRICK, saying yoir order is ready and will be sent out soon. i told them SEVERAL times not to send it and just refund my money. got them today in mail, i wrote RETURN TO SENDER and put back in mail. the phone numbers listed are either a busy signal or disconnected!!!!!!!

HE RESPONDED THAT A NEW ORDER FOR MY ORDER NUMBER 173**** WAS IN PROCESS AND IT SHOULD TAKE THREE TO FOUR WEEKS TO BE SHIPPED.

I did receive my order of four masks. They are the nicest I have received!

I would buy more except for the fact it took SIX WEEKS to receive them! I also had very little communication with them!

Don't order from this company. I ordered four masks. They debited my payment on April 25th. I still haven't received my order and it's been 5 weeks. They did respond to one email and said they were three weeks out on masks and mine should be at the top of the list soon! That was two weeks ago and still no product and now they're ignoring my emails. When you order it says they will be shipped in 5-10 business days! Don't waste your time or money! I ordered masks from another company that said ships in 24-48 hours and they did! It is a shame how many people are taking advantage of people during this pandemic! I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company and get my money back!

Poor design of masks, no nose piece to ensure good git

POOR FIT DO of masks. I finally received the 2 masks I ordered. One mask looked like the website picture, the other did not. BIG PROBLEM: Masks are poorly made, decorative" but gape at the top (no nose piece) and gape at the sides. Which means they offer NO PROTECTION from airborne droplets (which is the point of wearing a mask!) I emailed Customer Service asking for resolution, they NEVER got back to me to resolve, the only response I got was them asking for a 5-star rating of their NON-EXISTENT Customer Service.

Damaged merchandise

Due to the fact that my masks were crammed into too small a mailing envelope, when I used scissors to carefully cut the flap open, I found that the contents were not enclosed in an inner protective plastic sleeve, leaving the mask ear bands compressed underneath the flap. Consequently, my scissors accidentally sliced one of the bands on one of the masks, rendering it useless. Would like that butterfly mask replaced and its packaging done more carefully. I'm a first time customer in hopes of finding a friendly customer service department that stands by their merchandise and shipping errors.

the space Panda cat printed mask. is not clot. it's polyester doesn't have the nose guard and it is extremely small I'm very disappointed want to return it. on order number 198-****.

I received the puzzled copper mask the dinosaur bones printed Mass the flying pause rainbow and the geometric rainbow that's for Mass the order I have printed out so that their cloth masks and they'd have the nose guard and they're not clot they're all polyester and they have no nose guard and I want to return them I can make these for what you charged me. please contact me at 310. 792.
