Phone call cannot b completed so that I can speak to a rep.

Having a lot of trouble placing order online. I tried to delete or remove the quantity, but your system kept adding more or separating a four-pack into one mask each. I phoned your 800 number, but call cannot be completed.

Very slow delivery... but good product

I just received my masks after waiting 8 weeks. I thought I had been ripped off, because it took so long to receive them. I have to admit, they are good quality masks and Im very happy with the product. If the company could speed up production, they could eliminate the bad reviews.

Did not send complete order charged me for complete order

Ordered 2blue mask,1black,1gray and 2pk filters on 5/16/20. Received blue masks and filters, shorted 2 masks. Phone# for company does not work. Ended up paying $79. For 2masks and filters that aren't that great.

FAILED HISTORY RESTORE - REPEATEDLY

REPEATEDLY ... BRAVE shows NO RESTORE OF OPEN TABS, when it closed down unexpectedly. There is no global history restore to click tab and re-open all - THAT would be TOO EFFICIENT &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; TOO EASY for users. BRAVE has had numerous people complain about this issue, but leaves it unresolved BRAVE boasts about how it saves you time - what a load of BS Stay AWAY from BRAVE .... Go with FIREFOX

I made my purchase back in early May. My package was shipped in June. I have yet to receive my package because post office lost it or is unable to deliver it. Contacted Brave New Look customer service and they just pretty much ignore me and offer no solution to the issue. They don't care about what happened to my order or reshipping a new package. They won't even give me a refund.

There is no one to talk to ....only automated email and always the same

Ordered 2 masks, 1 blue, 1 grey...only received the blue 3 weeks later on June 8, they said the grey would take 3 weeks longer, it is 6-7 weeks now and they keep telling me that I received the mask on June 8, the shipping info says received the blue mask...impossible to get any one to talk to, no phone number, they keep telling me they are busy and it would take 3-4 weeks to get or that I received the mask to check with the neighbor!!! so frustrating.I don't even want the mask anymore, just send me my refund!!!

I keep getting automated responses to my questions - I need to hear from a REAL PERSON

Regarding Order #181****. I received this tracking number from your company GM295116****2196**** - however, the last movement on there is June 11th! This was ordered over 4 weeks ago now and I cannot get an answer from anyone as to when it will be delivered! Please have a real person respond, otherwise I will have no option to gain a full refund from your company, by contacting my credit card company advising them we have not received the service we have paid for and they will start an investigation! Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. They actually replaced items with a different color and I managed to receive it in two weeks. Thanks.

I ordered 4 masks that arrived 6 weeks after I ordered them online, it was advertised as 1-2 weeks then later another 2 weeks was added. Finally, I received the order after 6 weeks. Two arrived that didn't look anything like the design on the website.The mask has a white liner around the whole mask looks like a bikini top. Contacting now to receive proper design.

Brave New Look - Got scammed
Got scammed when ordered masks from this company, never would respond to requests for update. After two months I found out why, look at there web site, not one person of color , if the think you are of color ( i.e. hispani8last name) this company will keep your money and the products you paid for!
