I ordered a key chain for my mother in memory of my deceased father. After 3 weeks, i i emailed them 4 times for an update since the page i was supposed to be able to use for an update didn't work. I received no answer whatsoever to ANY of my emails. They're rip offs. They take your $25.00 but you get no product! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM!
